Tą įtakojo dvaro etiketas - karaliui esant patalpoje buvo būtina stovėti atsisukus į jį . Įdomu tai, kad šleifo ilgį reglamentavo daugybė karaliaus ir bažnyčios įsakymų . Amžiaus pabaigoje puošnią suknelių apykaklę pakeitė dekoltė, pridengta lengvu šaliu . Būtini moteriško kostiumo aksesuarai – šviesios šilkinės kojinės, pirštinės, šalikai, puošnios prijuostės, vėduoklės, prisegti prie diržo laikrodžiai, veidrodėliai . <br />Batai buvo siuvami iš spalvotos odos . Kulnas – aukštas, lengvas, bato priekis – ilgas ir smailas . <br />Moterys beveik nedėvėjo galvos apdangalų . Jų šukuosenų mada kito .
